Sweet Suzy Q

We actually ran into the team at Sweet Suzy Q at a local function that we attended. It just so happened that they had made some amazing tasting (and looking) cookies. Throughout our conversations with them they had mentioned that they were struggling to make a website. Since websites are one of the things we specialize in we naturally offered to help.

While we were in the research phase we learned that what they do is incredibly custom. It was due to that fact that they didn’t want to try to tackle an ecommerce solution right off the bat, but it was something that they were open to in the future. Given that they wanted to look at an ecommerce solution in the future, we opted to go with a WordPress rollout because its pretty standard for blogging and we can bolt it onto an ecommerce solution with little effort.

We made sure early on that we set them up with an SSL offering so that their pages will be shown over HTTPS. Not only for the speed benefit, but doing it now will help with page ranking as well as be seamless when an ecommerce is implemented.
